Spring Sessions

The Portobello Chamber Music Group is a chamber music workshop based in Edinburgh. We meet on Sundays at 2:00pm throughout the year to play a wide range of music from early baroque to modern works with something new every week.

We welcome woodwind and string players (Grade 5+, with reasonable sight reading ability), though to retain a balance we may need to limit the number woodwind members. There are no auditions, no audiences and no previous chamber music experience is necessary. We don't ask to see your certificates!

There is no commitment to attend every week, the unpredictability of the ensemble allows us to experience a wide range of chamber music.
